1. | Rinse the salted mackerel under running water; pat dry with paper towels. Cut each filet in half. |
2. | Place the fish in a heated non-stick pan; pan-fry over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Turn the fish over and pay-fry for another 2 minutes. |
3. | Serve the fish with grated daikon/ginger. |

1. | 將鹽漬鯖魚放在水龍頭下略微沖洗後擦乾。每片魚對切成兩半。 |
2. | 不沾鍋燒熱後,放進魚片用中大火煎2分鐘,翻面後再煎2分鐘。 |
3. | 將煎好的魚片裝盤与蘿蔔泥一起食用。 |
